Reports have surfaced that Ciara and Russell Wilson are set to significantly profit from the sale of their Washington estate. According to a source close to the transaction, the power couple has managed to sell their 11,100-square-foot home for a whopping $21.25 million, with an additional $10 million earned from the sale of the adjacent lot. This amounts to an impressive $31 million for the entire property, a massive increase from the $13.4 million they originally spent on both properties.

Amidst this lucrative real estate deal, Russell Wilson’s career has also been making headlines. After spending a decade with the Seattle Seahawks, Wilson was traded to the Denver Broncos in a high-profile deal worth over $242 million. However, after a brief stint in Denver, Wilson found himself released from the team and swiftly signed a one-year contract with the Pittsburg Steelers. Despite the sudden changes in his football career, Wilson has remained focused on offloading his properties in Washington and Denver.

Earlier this year, reports emerged that the Wilsons were looking to sell their $25 million mansion in Denver. After listing the property and offering tours to potential buyers, the couple managed to sell the home for $21.5 million. Despite taking a loss compared to the purchase price in 2022, Russell Wilson was able to recoup some of the funds with the sale of their Washington estate, thanks to strategic renovations and additions made to the property.

The Washington estate boasts a range of luxurious amenities, including a gym, home theater, yoga, and dance studio. Additionally, Wilson added a sports court on the expansive lot, which is situated on approximately 1.06 acres along Lake Washington. These enhancements, coupled with the prime location of the property, likely contributed to the impressive resale value achieved by the Wilsons.

With their Washington and Denver properties now sold, the question remains as to whether Russell Wilson and Ciara plan to invest in a new home in Pittsburgh, where Wilson’s current team is based. As the couple navigates these real estate transactions, they do so with the well-being of their three children in mind, including their newest addition, baby girl Amora Princess Wilson, born in December of last year.
