Kanye West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has filed a lawsuit against him for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. According to court documents, Pisciotta began working for the controversial rapper in July 2021 as he was gearing up to launch his Yeezy fashion line. She was offered a significant sum of $1 million for the job, with the condition that she be on call for West 24/7, which she accepted willingly. However, things took a turn when West allegedly asked Pisciotta to delete her OnlyFans account in 2022, prompting him to raise her salary to $2 million annually. Despite this, Pisciotta claims that her salary was never adjusted as promised.
In her lawsuit, Pisciotta detailed the explicit and inappropriate behavior exhibited by Kanye West. He allegedly sent her vulgar text messages, sharing his twisted sexual fantasies and desires. Pisciotta also claims that West shared explicit photos and videos of himself engaging in sexual acts with other women. Furthermore, she received intimate photos of current and former Yeezy employees, both male and female, from West. These actions created a hostile work environment for Pisciotta, leading her to seek legal recourse.
The lawsuit goes on to describe more disturbing incidents involving Kanye West, including him allegedly masturbating while on the phone with Pisciotta, asking inappropriate questions about her personal life, and forcing her to undress in the office. However, just a month later, West abruptly fired her. Pisciotta was promised a severance package of $3 million, which she claims she never received.
