Joseph Quinn, known for his role in A Quiet Place: Day One, has recently been welcomed into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Upon being cast as Johnny Storm, also known as The Human Torch, in the upcoming Fantastic Four film, Quinn received advice from his co-star Lupita Nyong’o. Nyong’o, who plays Nakia in the MCU, shared her experience and encouraged Quinn to enjoy the journey ahead.

Quinn’s casting in Fantastic Four was revealed in February, alongside Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic), Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm (The Invisible Woman), and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm (The Thing). The script for the film is being penned by Josh Friedman, Jeff Kaplan, and Ian Springer, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project.

Nyong’o, having been a part of the MCU since Black Panther in 2018, has passed on her knowledge to Quinn. She jokingly mentioned giving him the “Ten Commandments of Marvel,” emphasizing the importance of understanding and embracing the world he is stepping into. Quinn, while remaining tight-lipped about specific details of the film, expressed his gratitude for Nyong’o’s guidance.

Filming for The Fantastic Four is set to commence at the end of July, marking a new chapter for Quinn and his co-stars. When asked about the possibility of sharing the screen with Nyong’o’s character Nakia, Quinn humbly expressed his admiration, stating that they would be fortunate to have her on board.

As Joseph Quinn embarks on his journey in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he is met with support, advice, and excitement. The anticipation for The Fantastic Four continues to grow, fueled by a talented cast and a dedicated team behind the scenes. With filming set to begin soon, fans are eager to see what this new chapter in the MCU will bring.
