Attending Save Venice’s annual Un Ballo in Maschera party at the Plaza Hotel in NYC, sponsored by Oscar de la Renta and The Gritti Palace, Getty was photographed in a stunning low-cut, nude and crystal Oscar de la Renta gown. In the company of celebrity friends such as Emily Ratajkowski and Nicky Hilton, Getty exuded a sense of glamour and elegance at the black-tie affair.
The event, which raised over $1.2 million for the preservation of historic art and architecture, was attended by other notable personalities like Netflix star Dorothy Wang, former political staffer Huma Abedin, and “Real Housewives of New York City” star Jenna Lyons. Despite the impending divorce, Getty appeared to be in high spirits as seen in a video she posted on Instagram from the party, where she was smiling and dancing to MGMT’s “Electric Feel”.
While the divorce filing took place about four months before the news broke, the court docket revealed that the divorce is listed as “contested,” indicating that the parties did not reach a settlement with a mediator beforehand. However, it was reported that Getty’s wealth will be protected due to a prenuptial agreement in place between her and Engel. Being a member of the wealthy Getty family, Ivy is said to be cautious about legal issues, as she comes from a background of immense wealth.
Aside from being seen at glamorous events and exotic travel destinations on social media, Ivy Getty is also signed with Ford Models, suggesting that she may have additional streams of income.
